weather great with lite winds..water temp around 78-79F...artificals are in their prime... been working with limits of trout through sunday...in the am... most of your topwaters will work... just remember to give some action on a SLOW retrieve.. they would just play with it first..slap it out of the water, sometimes just come back and jump over the lure.. a great opportunity to give your techniques a workover .. we used a smaller sized bait... sized to match the rafts of mullet in the area the day would go like this....to our location and in the water by 7am some would have their limits by 9:20 am others by 11 am or so... nice fish... 15-1/2-16..largest 21.. with 5 between 20-21 mostly 18-19.. good fishing.. see you on the water will have pics up on web site in 2-3 days.. captmac
