fresh water is still predominate in eps and sa bays.. w matagorda bay has some decent water from pass cavallo thru the greens area..... and it has been found by virtually every fisherman...by friday the bays were cleaning up a bit, but slowly..the surf was good fri..pm and sat...and sun.. the bite was early and then slacked off 'till the outgoing got to rolling.... then it picked up.... best days were fri-sun... caught reds, trout, spanish mackerel in the bay and trout,reds,and sharks in the surf.. no big trout... largest we had was 20-21.. spanish mac's to 25".. reds to 24".. we are on the way to clean water... should clean up a lot this next week..
