weather/water great.. fishing for trout with croaker still spotty.. 18 one day..30 next day.. 4 the next.. etc.. have been backin' up my croaker supply with shrimp and about 1/2 the time the shrimp becomes the primary bait.. soft plastics doing well... topwaters doing great in the early am and again at the tide change.. but only for brief periods.. going to galveston to take my 2 grandsons fishing..fri.. with capt jerry franklin.. a good friend.. we will see what is happening up there... will let you know.. capt mac... 'till next time.. offshore lookin' good..
