windy conditions was the order of the day..water clairty was sub zero on the scale.... the wind started to lay late on 5/1 and again in the am on 5/2... with the water looking like the brazos river in most places we went to live bait... shrimp under a poppin' cork..results were small trout 15-19 for the most part.. with 1/2 limits being the norm... no reds.. although where we fished i did not anticipate any reds... look for the reds in the back lakes... see you on the water...captmac.
